Korvbröd



Ingredients:

  • 50 grams jäst (4 tsp torrjäst)
  • 50 grams smör
  • 5 dl mjölk eller vatten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 13 dl vetemjöl

Directions:

Med torrjäst:
Blanda mjöl, salt och jäst
Smält smöret och värm mjölken till 40°
Blandas i mjölet
Knåda
Jäs 30 min
Baka ut till 24 korvbröd (eller hamburgerbröd)
Jörgen
Jäs till dubbel storlek
Pensla med mjölk och grädda i 250° 5-8 minuter

Lunchboxes:

Oliver, 6-years-old, has a morning tea box and a lunch box with him to school everyday, and I find it somewhat hard to know what to give him - and talking to other mums, especially Mums with kids just starting school, I have found that I am not alone.

Most of what I send are things that I make at home - I try to avoid using packaged, pre-processed stuff. Keeping a variation is hard, and the mix with healthy nutritious food and things he likes to eat is proving to be of some complication.

As kids are not interested in variations that much, they just want things that are fun and easy to eat, I have little variation - as long as he eats it its fine, when it starts coming home untouched - I change something.
