Add sugar gradually, beating constantly until mixture is thick &amp;amp; glossy and all the sugar is dissolved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sift corn flour and add coconut. Using a metal spoon stir until just combined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Drop 2 teaspoons of mixture onto lined (Glad Bake) baking trays about 3cm apart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 160°C for about /&gt;400 gr köttfärs&lt;br /&gt;1 ägg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Blötlägg ströbröd med vatten och kryddor och låt stå i 10 minuter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tillsätt ägg och bearbeta i färsen tills det håller samman&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Forma till köttbullar, blöt händerna och skärbrädan man lägger dom på&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;stek - en sida, vänd, sen rulla runt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Servera med kokt potatis och gräddsky&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gräddsky:&lt;br /&gt;Ta ur köttbullarna efter hand ur stekpannan och lägg på ett fat.&lt;br /&gt;När Ha på smör och kanel och socker&lt;br /&gt;eller smör och vaniljsocker.&lt;br /&gt;Jäs 30 min&lt;br /&gt;Pensla bullarna med ägg och strö över pärlsocker (om man har) och&lt;br /&gt;gärna mandelspån, finhackat.
